Panel Elektro IDA Kiosk Solutions are physical kiosk and display enclosures developed for information, wayfinding, Digital Signage and user-interaction requirements in corporate buildings, public institutions, hospitals, shopping malls and other high-traffic environments. Touchscreen kiosks, wayfinding displays, information towers and kiosk totem enclosures can be configured around the display size, computer hardware, peripheral devices and intended installation environment. Application and content-management software is supplied separately by the customer or its software provider.
Enclosure dimensions and internal layout can be specified according to the dimensions and technical requirements of the display, computer and peripheral devices. Existing equipment may be accommodated following a compatibility review.
For indoor and outdoor kiosk applications, enclosure design, display placement, protection features and ventilation are determined according to the installation environment. Outdoor protection and climate-control requirements are assessed against the project specification.
The enclosure design can be customized to suit the installation area, intended use, corporate colors, logo and project architecture.
Depending on the application, cameras, microphones, ticketing hardware and other peripherals can be incorporated into the kiosk structure. The enclosure and peripheral scope is defined by the project hardware requirements. Panel Elektro does not provide software services.
IDA kiosk solutions can be configured for a range of visitor-information, wayfinding, digital-promotion and interactive-service scenarios.
Touchscreen kiosk and shopping mall wayfinding display enclosures can be designed to help visitors locate hospital departments, service points, stores, parking areas and shared facilities. The enclosure can be configured around the hardware requirements of the floor-plan and wayfinding software selected for the project.
Digital information towers, Digital Signage display enclosures and kiosk totem structures can be configured for events, campaigns, announcements and corporate-video applications. Panel Elektro provides the physical enclosure and hardware-integration scope; content-management and publishing software is supplied separately by the customer or its software provider.
Kiosk enclosures can be designed to accommodate hardware for ticketing, customer-satisfaction surveys and feedback applications. Application software is supplied by the customer or its software provider; enclosure and peripheral requirements are assessed as part of the project.
